Suite Rules
All clients must come to appointments alone, all extra guest will be asked to leave.
All clients must come to their appointments with their hair WASHED, BLOWN DRY and FREE OF ALL PRODUCTS. If your hair isn't prepped for your appointment, you can add a WASH & BLOW DRY to your service or RESCHEDULE.
Clients between the ages of 4-11 are allowed one guardian in the suite with them while being serviced.

Please Note Parents: if your child screams or cries excessively during their appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled or canceled.
Hair is provided with all services. It is the CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to communicate their desired hair color. ( 1, 1B, 2, 4, ETC)

Hair must be at least 3.5-4 inches long ALL AROUND to receive service.
All braid styles will be finalized the week of the appointment, no last minute changes are allowed.

Booking Policy
Booking will open the 15th of every month. Appointments will be available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate any previous hair/scalp issues. If the client is unsure about a their hair, hair used for services or any styles, booking a “Consultation” would be best. When booking an appointment, as previously above mentioned, book to accommodate your schedule — I will not be rushed. In the event that you are unable to commit to the time allotted, you will be allowed to choose a shorter service or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will ONLY be permitted within 24Hrs of scheduled service. In the event of a “Same Day” Cancellation, client will be charged 50% of scheduled service cost. The appointment can ONLY be rescheduled with 24Hrs of cancellation.

VIP service
Any service that is requested on an OFF DAY or after 6pm will be considered a VIP appointment, which are assessed an additional $100 fee with all service costs. 50% of service cost will be due to book the appointment. “Squeeze-In” appointments are an additional $125 fee with all service costs.

COVID Policy
Masks are required during every service. Any client that has FLU or COLD like symptoms will be asked to rescheduled. All clients will be asked to wash their hands before services are rendered. NO MASK = NO APPOINTMENT.

Late Policy
All clients receive a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes the client will be charged an additional $25. The original appointment can be rescheduled at Braider’s discretion.
